Blackhawk is working with the manufacturer and its compliance team to ensure the requested information is provided in short-order. Health Canada has provided a timeline of 10 days to submit the information with the option of a 30-day extension if required.

Blackhawk will continue to update its shareholders as the application process with Health Canada proceeds.
