Blackhawk Growth Corp. has started due diligence on a number of potential investments in the health care sector in an effort to expand its current investment portfolio.

“Blackhawk is in an excellent position to move into the growing health care sector,” says Frederick Pels, chief executive officer of Blackhawk Growth. “There are a number of opportunities that have been presented to us because of these incredibly challenging times. We are looking at software and new technologies that allow people to stay at home and receive day-to-day services that they can no longer access as well as innovative products that have evolved through this pandemic. We plan to be at the forefront and bring solutions to the post-COVID-19 world. With substantial cash in our treasury and the necessary expertise to build shareholder value, we feel we are ready to take the necessary steps to lead in this sector. We’ve seen so many exciting opportunities in the space and we look forward to announcing our growth plans in the near future.”
